CoHSI2: controlled human Schistosoma mansoni infection study (RDF)

Description

Participant-level data of the CoHSI2 trial as a knowledge graph: 25 screened and 13 challenged volunteers followed from week 0 to week 52 with safety laboratory values, serum and urine CAA, schistosome serology, adverse events, concomitant medication, treatment and specimen collections. Converted from the Castor EDC export with an ontology-based model (SOSA + SIO structure, NCIT / OBI / CHEBI / UO / ICD-10 terms). Metadata and model are open; data access requires credentials from the data steward.
